ERIC KRITSCH

Eric Kritsch has been a dedicated Fitness Coach for over 14 years. Specializing in tactical conditioning, industrial ergonomics, corrective exercise sport conditioning. With a strong background in martial arts and endurance sports, Eric also brings a unique blend of expertise to his coaching strategies.
 

Throughout his career, Eric has been deeply passionate about supporting first responders in maintaining long-lasting careers and performing at their best in the line of duty. This passion is further supported by being an active  member of the Georigan Bay Search & Rescue in Ontario, Canada. Recognizing the unique occupational demands and physical challenges faced by front line workers, Eric has honed his skills to design fitness specific programs for each occupation.

With additional certifications in sports nutrition & endurance sports and years of experience in the supplement industry, Eric offers a natural  yet science based approach to health and wellness. He understands the importance of proper nutrition, supplementation for physical performance, and recovery for mental health.
 

Beyond his professional qualifications, Eric is deeply committed to safe community building and fostering a culture of health and wellness. He believes that by supporting our emergency heroes, we can create stronger, safer communities for everyone.
